Octet issues exclusive pre-paid calling cards (goods) and transfers them
to the Distributor in the assortment (quantities and denominations), specified
in the Distribution Agreement;
Distributor will assume full
responsibility for preservation of the goods while in possession and all
billing and collection responsibility for the goods sold to Distributor’s
customers;
The payment is executed on a semimonthly
basis for all the cards sold during the previous semimonthly period. The
remuneration of the Distributor will constitute 20% of the total value
of the goods sold. Therefore the amount due to Octet would be 80% o f the
total value of the cards sold.
If the goods won’t be sold due to the
reasons, which are not the fault of the Distributor, OCTET agrees to accept
the goods back.
